This song is actually sort of like a story if you take a closer look at the lyrics: starting from the first part of the song , Hilary tells us that at anytime , anything can change and to let go of the past and continue to the future , and there's a part inside you calling you to let it out . Then the chorus encourages you to let it out , to fly and to shine, to try rather than think of reasons as to why you can't do something . then the second part tells you to keep all your woes away , to find a dream to follow and to reach for something which you think you cannot reach. Towards the end of the song , she tells us to trust and believe ourselves when we're feeling upset or lonely . This catchy tune tells a lot .
